Rocket Fuel was founded in 2018 and consists of four men who have kerosene running through their veins! The band with roots in the rock city of The Hague decided that thrashy metal riffs, 90ties punk rock energy and pounding metal grooves are long forgotten best friends and you can hear and feel that! What can you expect at Rocket Fuel? Rocket fuel. Almost literally. And they light it up when the audience is swept up in the uplifting beats and provoked to bounce along. Influenced by bands like Rise Against, Strung Out, Bullet for my Valentine, Killswitch Engage, Disturbed & Pantera, Rocket Fuel makes a skilful mix of them with a great sound as a result! With the release of the EP ‘Too Big Too Early’ in 2019, the foursome has already made a name for itself with airplay abroad, a series of pumping live shows followed and an invitation to Punk Rock Paradise 2020.
Now the band is going to the next level with the upcoming full length album “Under The Blades” with a number of striking songs such as the partly sensitive ‘Safe’, the aggressive ‘Pull The Pin’ with ditto screeching guitar solo, the full in your mouth intro of ‘Rise To Fall’
and even the wrong-footed ‘My Lies’ as a closing piece will invite you to look up the song again!
